These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Blugent website and, where no separate master services agreement is in place, our publicly described services. By accessing blugent.ai, you agree to these Terms.

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to evaluating or engaging Blugent's services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with site operation.

Specific AI agent, RAG, automation, or consulting engagements are governed by a separate master services agreement or statement of work executed between Blugent and the Customer, which takes precedence over these Terms for the scope of that engagement.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Blugent name and marks — is the property of Blugent Intelligence, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as necessary to view the website for its intended purpose.

Any non-public information shared with Blugent through contact forms, demos, or discovery conversations will be treated as confidential and used solely to evaluate and deliver a potential engagement, consistent with any applicable NDA.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Statistics, case study outcomes, and performance figures reflect specific client engagements and are not guarantees of results for any future engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blugent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a specific services engagement is governed by the applicable agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise specified in an executed services agreement.

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
